Development of Facility Options

Using the results of the first Community Dialogue, information gathered from the data collected and GIS analysis, DeJONG-RICHTER and the Steering Committee will formulate options regarding the districts facilities and verify the viability of the options.

The options will include new construction, additions, renovations and building replacements.

The options will include the approximate cost of the projects and potential tax impacts.

The Committee will determine which options should be presented to the community at the second Dialogue

A Options Packet will be developed which will layout possible projects, costs and potential tax impacts.

The Options Packet will be distributed at Community Dialogue #2.
