Educational Framework
Primary focus—establish Educational Framework for developing options
Items to be addressed in the dialogue include:
- School Size
- Grade Configuration
- Neighborhood Schools
- Magnet Schools
- Other Educational and Community Issues
Questionnaires
Participants will complete an individual and group questionnaire and discuss in small groups
DeJONG-RICHTER is noted nationally for its work in facilitating this facility planning process and has developed processes and procedures which encourages large scale participation and is focused on consensus building.

Web Surveys
The Community Dialogue surveys will be available online for one week after the Community Dialogue. This will be available for community members to fill out if they are unable to attend a Community Dialogues. The results will be used in the formation of facility options
Dialogue Results
DeJONG-RICHTER tallies all results and transfers all comments written by each participant to develop a Community Dialogue Results Report.
Participants are mailed a copy of the results.
