Final Report
After compiling the capacity data, DeJONG-RICHTER will apply the appropriate utilization factor to each building. The school district will receive a report detailing each school’s capacity and whether it is over or under capacity. Also, the district will be provided with an enrollment versus capacity chart that will show if there is excess space or more space needed to house students. DeJONG-RICHTER will tailor each capacity study to reflect the district’s preferred student to teacher ratio.
