AISD FACILITIES MASTER PLAN
TASK FORCE

The Facilities Master Plan Task Force was created in order to ensure that equity and fairness are maintained throughout the planning process.  The Task Force reviews and analyzes data, confirms decisions at critical junctures, and assists in resolving conflicting recommendations before the master plan is submitted for Board approval.
The Task Force includes representatives from the community at large including parents, teachers, administrators, board appointees, representatives from city and regional planning, and the faith and business communities.  The Office of Facilities worked in conjunction with the AISD office of Planning and Community Relations to select members from a database of community members, who had expressed an interest in participating in District Community involvement committees.   Additional outreach was made to PTA’s, campuses, and the faith community to solicit candidates.  Members were also appointed by the individual Board members.  The following individuals comprise the AISD Facilities Master Plan Task Force.
