Ann Hoffsis

Project Planner

Ann has worked for DeJONG-RICHTER and its affiliates since April 2000.  During this time, Ann has worked on a variety of projects ranging from site-specific educational specifications for several schools in Washington, D.C.; educational specifications in Las Cruses, New Mexico; and master plans for the Columbus Public School District in Ohio and Clark County Public Schools in Nevada.

Ann has focused primarily on enrollment projections over the past 10 years.  Through her efforts with the Ohio School Facilities Commission, she has projected enrollment for well over 250 school districts in Ohio, including the six largest urban districts: Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo.  Additionally, Ann has projected enrollment for the State of Arkansas, numerous districts throughout the United States as well as assisting in projecting enrollment for the Nation of Honduras.

Ann has been active in the Council of Educational Facility Planners, International.  She was the 2005 Membership Secretary and served as Member-at Large from 2006 through 2008 for the CEFPI Ohio Chapter.
